Refund policy

Refund of trial payments are at the discretion of scoutmeout and will be considered on a case by case basis.

Cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to a trial will automatically receive a full refund or where possible players will be offered alternative trial placements.

Cancellations received within the 2 weeks prior to a trial will be subject to a 30% cancellation and administration fee.

Any player sustaining injury during the course of a trial will be assessed and receive treatment from our trained medical staff. Advice received and medical recommendation will be taken into account when considering trial refunds in these cases.
